奈良醸造のクラフトビール、5種類届きました｜名古屋・藤が丘 ソラリウム ※ English version follows the Japanese text below. ワイン屋ですが、ビールも好きです。 奈良醸造からクラフトビールが5種類届きました。 今回はなかなか面白い顔ぶれです。 ★FUNCTION（ファンクション） 奈良醸造を代表するフラッグシップビール。 セゾン酵母に、ネルソン・ソーヴィンをはじめとする多彩なホップを組み合わせたAmerican-Belgo-Style Aleです。 白ワインや白ブドウを思わせる香りと、ドライな飲み口が特徴。 2026年のWorld Beer Cupでは、同部門の金賞を受賞しています。 ★DOUBLE SWISHER（ダブルスイッシャー） 奈良のスペシャルティコーヒーロースター「ANY B&B + COFFEE」とのコラボレーション。 エスプレッソトニックから着想を得たビールで、コーヒーの香りと爽快感を一緒に楽しめる一本です。 ★PERSONA（ペルソナ） ならまちのBar SavantとのコラボレーションによるSession IPA。 SimcoeとSabro、2種類のホップから、柑橘やココナッツ、トロピカルフルーツを思わせる香り。 アルコール度数4.5％で、軽やかに楽しめます。 ★MACGUFFIN（マクガフィン） これはソラリウムとしては特に気になる一本。 2026年版は、なんとイタリアの薬草酒「アマーロ」にインスパイアされたビールです。 オレンジピール、コリアンダー、カルダモン、シナモン、アンジェリカなどを使い、薬草酒を思わせる複雑な香りと、心地よいほろ苦さを表現しています。 ★IMITATION GOLD（イミテーションゴールド） 奈良醸造では初となるSour IPA。 面白いのは、果物を一切使っていないこと。 ホップと酵母によって、柑橘、白ブドウ、桃、トロピカルフルーツを思わせるジューシーな香りと爽やかな酸味をつくっています。 イタリアワイン専門店なのに、なぜ奈良のクラフトビール？ 日本各地、いや世界中に無数のクラフトビールがありますが、奈良醸造さんが造るビールは、バランスが良く、穏やかで朗らか。 香り高いけれど主張しすぎず、飲んでいて疲れない。 醸造長・浪岡さんの性格ですかね。 とにかく、いつまでも飲んでいたいと思えるビールばかりです。 この感覚は、僕のワインに対する好みとも同じです。 「もう一杯」と、お代わりしたくなるものがいい。 ワインの合間にも、おすすめです。 ※ボトル画像はアルバムにあります。 English Five Craft Beers from Nara Brewing Company Have Arrived at Solarium We are an Italian wine shop, but we also happen to love good beer. Five craft beers from Nara Brewing Company have just arrived at Solarium, and this time we have a particularly interesting selection. ★FUNCTION One of Nara Brewing Company's flagship beers, FUNCTION is an American-Belgo-Style Ale made with Saison yeast and a selection of hops including Nelson Sauvin. It has aromas reminiscent of white grapes and white wine, with a refreshing, dry finish. In 2026, FUNCTION won a gold medal at the World Beer Cup. ★DOUBLE SWISHER A collaboration with Nara-based specialty coffee roaster ANY B&B + COFFEE. Inspired by espresso tonic, this beer combines aromatic coffee character with a fresh, refreshing finish. ★PERSONA A Session IPA created in collaboration with Bar Savant in Naramachi. Simcoe and Sabro hops bring aromas reminiscent of citrus, coconut and tropical fruit. At 4.5% ABV, it is light and easy to enjoy. ★MACGUFFIN This one is particularly interesting for us at Solarium. The 2026 edition was inspired by Amaro, the traditional Italian herbal liqueur. Orange peel, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon and angelica create complex herbal aromas and a pleasantly bitter character. ★IMITATION GOLD Nara Brewing Company's first Sour IPA. Interestingly, no fruit is used. Instead, hops and yeast create juicy aromas reminiscent of citrus, white grapes, peach and tropical fruit, together with a refreshing acidity. Why is an Italian wine shop selling craft beer from Nara? There are countless craft beers throughout Japan—and, of course, throughout the world. But there is something we particularly like about the beers made by Nara Brewing Company. They are beautifully balanced, gentle and cheerful. Aromatic, but never too assertive. They are beers you can keep drinking without getting tired of them. Perhaps that reflects the personality of their head brewer, Mr. Namioka. Most importantly, they are the kind of beers that make you want to keep drinking. And actually, that is very similar to what we look for in wine.
